Delete your Blobby account
Signed-in users can permanently delete their Blobby account and associated data from Account settings. If you cannot access your account, email support for help.
Request method
When signed in, open Account settings and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm the irreversible action.
Processing window
If you cannot sign in, support can help verify and process your request within 7 business days.

What will be deleted
- Blobby account profile
- Chat and account-associated app data tied to that account, including chat history associated with that account
What may be retained temporarily
Some limited information may be retained for a longer period where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance. Any retained information will be kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
What to include
- The email address associated with your Blobby account
- A clear note that you want your account and associated data deleted
